How is my package delivered and how long it will take ?
Our current turnaround time is about 3 - 6 business days for the metro city. Non metro regions take 5-9 days. Every item we make is custom made from the heart and well worth the wait. 

What is your Return Policy ?
All items are handcrafted and customized with care therefore we don’t usually accept returns or exchanges unless the fault was ours. However, we understand that these pieces are very sentimental and important, so If you do have an issue with your product, please feel free to contact us and we can solve the issue.

Is the bracelet waterproof and shower?

Yes, all our bracelets are made of durable, waxed polyester. They are water friendly.

What letters can I have in my bracelet?

A to Z (uppercase), 0-9, ❤️, #, &. 🐾 ⭐

NOTE: We at My Resolve reserve the right to refuse to produce words that may offend or similar.

How many maximum letters can I have in the bracelet ?

In total, a maximum of 14 letters including spaces are allowed. 

I have a specific wrist size, will the bracelet fit my wrists perfectly ?

Our bracelet sizes are adjustable and will fit the wrist of any size. 

Can I change my resolve word after order ?

So we start the creation process immediately after placing the order. If you need to change your resolve word, feel free to contact us within 24 hours upon purchasing.
