Does the bracelet hold in water and shower?

Yes, all our bracelets are made of durable, waxed polyester. They are water friendly.

What material is the center piece of the bracelet made of?

You can choose between gold, silver or rose gold. Our center piece are nickel free. The silver and gold tiles are plated brass.

What letters can I have in my bracelet?

A to Z (uppercase), 0-9, ❤️, #, &, 🐾, ∞,⭐
NOTE: We at My Resolve reserve the right to refuse to produce words that may offend or similar.

How many maximum letters can I have in the bracelet ?

In total, a maximum of 14 letters including spaces are allowed.

Can I reduce/cut my bracelet ?

Yes, you can adjust your bracelet if you think the straps are too long. Cut off the excess of the tape and gently burn the new end with a lighter to avoid the knot from breaking up. Be sure not to make the straps too small if you want to be able to take it off.

Can I change my word after ordering ?

If you want to make changes to your order, please contact us immediately. Unfortunately, if production has begun, we cannot change your order. If there are obvious misspellings, we may contact you.

What is your Return Policy ?

Due to the nature of the product , It is handmade to order. We do not offer return. However if you have any problems with your order, just let us know. We will do the best we can.

How is my package delivered and how long it will take ?

The package will be delivered to the address you specified in your order. Delivery time is 5-7 days for metro. Non metro region may take 7-12 days
